libfm4 software package provides file management support (core library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfm4
libfm4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfm4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfm4 *
You will get with libfm4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
